We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team leadership within a heavy industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Oversee repairs, inspections, and servicing of all production machinery, mechanical systems, and electrical equipment.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or relevant technical field) preferred.
- 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
