- Evaluate and optimize manufacturing machinery and auxiliary support equipment performance.
- Lead multiple projects, from concept through commissioning, ensuring measurable improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams to identify and resolve challenges.
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, manuals, and spare parts lists.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate technical changes and improvements to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (AutoCAD Inventor preferred).
- Solid ability to read and create P&IDs and electrical one-line diagrams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
