We are searching for a Quality Manager in Wichita, KS who has experience within the aviation industry. This is a direct-hire role with a reputable manufacturing company that has an excellent company culture and provides great benefits. Candidates should have Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in quality within the aviation industry including 5+ years of that in management.

responsibilities:
- Communicating and implement methods of integration of quality standards across departments.
- Provide timely and accurate completion of various activities including extensive statistical analysis, product nonconformance investigations, quality document management, process improvement and other project management activities.
- Assist in the continual improvement of manufacturing and process Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA) to ensure that all products satisfy customer specifications and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure drawing conformity and customer standards are met.
- Coordinate activities associated with "first article build" of new products.
- Collaborates with Engineering on design of new products.
