Global Manufacturing company is hiring a Facilities Supervisor for their plant in Chicago IL. This position is responsible for overseeing building systems, managing repairs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of facilities experience, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry. HVAC certifications desired.

responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the facility, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
- Develop and manage facility maintenance budgets.
- Supervise maintenance staff and assign work schedules.
- Work with external vendors for facility services, such as janitorial, landscaping, and security.
