Our Las Vegas-based MEP Engineering client is seeking a Junior Designer to join their team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with Designers and Engineers to support project scope development while adhering to the organization's design standards. Our client offers a 32- hour work week (Monday-Thursday) and unlimited PTO!

responsibilities:
- Assist in the design of project systems and components.
- Work closely with Designers to ensure projects meet requirements and standards.
- Prepare calculations and code evaluations for review by the Designer and/or Engineer.
- Create comprehensive drawing packages and written documentation per contract scope and deliverable guidelines.
- Package documents for submission to clients.
- Resolve discrepancies in designs by working closely with Designers and Engineers.
- Maintain proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to support design needs.
- Assist with responses to submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings in collaboration with the Designer and/or Engineer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Prior experience in MEP engineering or related design work is a plus.
