A Facilities Manager is needed for an American company that distributes pharmaceuticals and provides health information technology, medical supplies, and health management tools in the Grapevine, TX area. The Facilities Manager oversees building maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance, managing facility operations, supervising staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all systems function efficiently.

responsibilities:
- Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections.
- Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for upkeep and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment used in a distribution environment.
- Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills.
- Experience with automation and electro-mechanical systems, including PLCs and control systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems, including generators, wrap machines, MDR/spiral conveyor systems, HVAC, and refrigeration.
