A Logistics Analyst is needed in the Clark, NJ (hybrid) area for one of the world's largest cosmetics company, with activities spanning skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, hair care and hair color. The Logistics Analyst will manage inventory and production planning, coordinate with demand planning and manufacturing, and utilize SAP and Excel to ensure optimal service levels and on-time order fulfillment.

responsibilities:
- Manage the stock equation (production plan and inventory) to ensure optimal service levels.
- Coordinate with demand planning to align forecasts with inventory and production needs.
- Ensure quality and service levels are maintained during product launches.
- Develop and optimize production plans in collaboration with manufacturing teams.
- Utilize SAP to support daily distribution center (DC) operations, ensuring on-time order shipments.
- Run and analyze daily reports related to inventory, order fulfillment, and supply chain performance.
- Identify and resolve inventory control issues to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- SAP experience preferred for supply chain and inventory management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years in planning, inventory control, or a related field.
