Seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Albany NY. This is a part time position allowing the ideal candidate the ability to create their own schedule averaging 20-25 hours per week. This is a perfect role for someone already working but looking for additional income, someone currently in school or a retiree. This person will be responsible for the assisting with diagnosis of issues with the electrical systems, HVAC, Humidifiers and fire systems for several buildings within a 30 minute commute.

responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues with facility systems such as electrical, HVAC or Fire Safety
- Schedule routine maintenance and inspections
- Ensure that all inspections are up to date and certified if needed
- Negotiate with vendors as needed
- On call during work day in case of emergency, but immediate response would not be needed
qualifications:
- Experience level: Entry Level
- Minimum 2 years of experience
