Quality Technician for a leading manufacturing company based in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting any quality problem reported during the launching phases.

Required Qualifications:
- Must have Quality experience within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to provide hands-on troubleshooting to resolve quality issues
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Basic measuring tool knowledge

responsibilities:
- Communicate with customer quality representatives to review any problem reported during the launching phases
- Performs any containment and/or reworks, as well as material certification at customer locations
- Supports Quality Residents in the coordination of containment activities
- Provide clear and consistent information after any quality issue is reported and investigated
- Completes hands-on troubleshooting of quality issues
