Engineering Quality Technician for a leading manufacturing company based in Lexington, KY. This role is responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting any quality problem reported.

Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least two (2) years of Quality Assurance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to provide hands-on troubleshooting to resolve quality issues
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

responsibilities:
- Communicate with customer quality representatives to review any problem reported
- Review and analysis of parts, including logging data/results and completing reports
- Monitor customer quality results and perceptions and makes judgment regarding necessary actions
- Investigates and assures details of the facts and documents the situation during a customer claim or complaint
- Responds to and monitors customer requests, requirements and inquiries
- Prepares and issues a daily reports
