Seeking a Robotics Programmer to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot automated paint applications using Fanuc and Kawasaki robots while ensuring quality standards and process efficiency.
Required:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good computer skills
- Experience or knowledge of checking the quality of manufacturing equipment and the robots.
- Experience working with Robots, programming languages (Catia OR Carrot 3).
- 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
- 50% of average travel
- overtime involved working from Monday - Friday with weekends and holidays as per the project needs

responsibilities:
- Online Robot Programming: Setup, trial runs, and parameter adjustments for Sealer, UBC, Dampening, Primer, Base, and Clear applications.
- Offline Robot Programming: Conduct reach studies and cycle time analysis using simulation software (Fanuc Paint Pro, Kawasaki Carott3).
- Quality Evaluation: Utilize tools like elco-meters, wave-scan, and X-Rite to ensure standards are met.
- Documentation: Develop handover documents, including process snapshots.
