responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems, with a primary focus on vacuum pumps, generators, and air-operated equipment.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to transition designs from concept to full-scale production.
- Apply SolidWorks, Mastercam, and Edgecam for both CAD and CAM design, as well as the associated manufacturing processes.
- Address complex design challenges to optimize efficiency, performance, and reliability across all projects.
- Contribute to the enhancement of automated systems used for rework, removal, site cleaning, and replacement.
- Work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to uphold stringent standards of product quality and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to push the boundaries of innovation.
