responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust SAP systems and procedures aligned with the highest industry standards.
- Configure, test, and implement SAP modules (e.g., SAP Materials Management, Production Planning, Quality Management) to support manufacturing operations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Work closely with IT, supply chain, and production teams to integrate SAP functionalities and support seamless daily operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators using SAP data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and support management in continuous improvement activities, including root cause problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a solid focus on SAP configurations and integration.
- Proficient in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and data analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- SAP Certifications are a plus.
