We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to support and maintain training and document control processes within our clients Operations & Quality department. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards while managing training databases and overseeing controlled quality records. responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor training completions through clients system and support New Employee Orientation (NEO) training activities.
- Maintain a centralized training database, collaborating with managers and HR to ensure up-to-date job descriptions and training plans.
- Manage and communicate training metrics, organizing and scheduling training events as needed.
- Ensure efficient processing of document and change management systems within the Quality Management System.
- Oversee creation, revision, issuance, review, and storage of controlled quality records to ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality within a regulated industry (e.g., medical device or pharma).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with training documentation databases.
