A Process Engineer Senior for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Cary, IL area. This role involves developing, optimizing, and integrating process formulations, methods, and controls to ensure quality standards, cost efficiency, and compatibility with production requirements while working independently with minimal supervision.

responsibilities:
- Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, modifications, or additions to enhance documentation and efficiency.
- Review product development requirements to ensure compatibility with processing methods and determine costs and schedules.
- Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology target specifications.
- Apply professional expertise and judgment to solve problems and optimize processes.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
- Make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information.
