Maintenance Technician for immediate contract position just outside of Concord, Massachusetts! The right person for this role will have 5+years experience in a maintenance mechanic/technician role in a manufacturing environment.
The person who will be successful in this role will have their own tools, be a team player, great communicator, passionate about their work and have proven experience in mechanical, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

responsibilities:
- Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service.
- Provide emergency task to production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance of production equipment during machine service.
- Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
- Perform upkeep skills including but not limited to, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair on various equipment and building maintenance.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic/technician role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures required.
- Ability perform the essential functions of the job / Have own tools
- Proven communication skills and open to OT as needed
