Field Superintendent or Project Manager needed for a large project near Saint Landry Parish, Louisiana. Ideal candidates will have worked at least 10 years on demolition projects, managing the process, subcontractors and environmental impacts. Per Diem available for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:
- Review and provide comments on pre-mobilization execution, waste management, and dust control plans.
- Review and comment on major project activity execution plans, including critical lifts, structure felling, and abatement strategies.
- Provide responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) from abatement and demolition contractors.
- Review draft contractor invoices and prepare recommendation letters for payment to the Owner.
- Review and assess weekly updates to contractor's project schedule and provide a 3-week look-ahead.
- Document onsite activities with photos to ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Observe onsite activities to verify contractors are adhering to execution and health & safety plans.
- Ensure contractor staff possess the appropriate training documentation for their tasks.
- Supervise subcontractors performing air monitoring during abatement activities.
- Participate in project meetings, including project kickoff, weekly progress meetings, and contractor safety tailgate meetings.
