Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a related field.
- Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query) and/or Power BI.
- analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

responsibilities:
- Design, automate, and manage reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and create compelling visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data governance policies to maintain reporting integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize strategic, long-term data solutions over short-term fixes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements based on data insights.
- Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of data and process changes.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and efficiency.
