responsibilities:
- Manage field and design work, including sizing and creating electrical systems.
- Read and interpret contracts, drawings, and other construction documents, including permits.
- Supervise and support the field team, answering any questions during the project.
- Plan, schedule, and negotiate project timelines and tasks.
- Prepare job cost and budget reports, analyzing costs against the budget.
- Work independently, handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Find creative solutions to problems with innovative thinking.
- Perform well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Experience with ConEst software and Structure-C/F Data is a plus.
- Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
