responsibilities:
- Manage bids from invitation to award.
- Obtain quotes from approved subcontractors and vendors for materials/equipment.
- Prepare and review complete bid summaries with the project management team.
- Submit detailed and accurate bid letters on time.
- Generate RFIs (Requests for Information) as needed before bidding.
- Work independently and collaborate with project management teams.
- Maintain regular contact and follow up with clients and vendors.
- Attend site visits and walkthroughs.
- Participate in company-provided training and code reviews, if applicable.
- Ability to multi-task and perform tasks independently.
