A Transition Project Manager is needed for a company that produces electronics and HVAC equipment for buildings in the Philadelphia, PA area. The Transition Project Manager oversees the seamless transition from an existing facility to a renovated world-class train station and Class A office towers by managing contracts, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and optimizing project execution.

responsibilities:
- Consult, analyze, and deliver on complex assignments and projects.
- Identify opportunities to expand work scope, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Manage personal time and attend recurring meetings with key construction and operational stakeholders.
- Take meeting minutes when required.
- Introduce and integrate subject matter experts into project reviews and deliverables.
- Maintain facility documentation using various camera-based technologies.
- Assist in gathering documentation for maintenance planning.
- Lead Life Cycle Planning, Energy Project Management, and other necessary tasks.
- Provide monthly reports and contribute to weekly staff meetings.
