salary: $33 - 37 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through implementation, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Manage multiple small to medium projects with minimal supervision, driving timely project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and communicate project status effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the sustaining engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of project management experience managing projects of varying sizes.
- solid communication and negotiation skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a solid commitment to timely project execution.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Monte Carlo simulation.
- Familiarity with Agile Product Lifecycle Management from Oracle.
- PMP Certification is a plus!
