A Sterilization Engineer is needed for a world leader in medical devices that seeks to offer innovative solutions in neurosurgery, and reconstructive and general surgery in the Mansfield, MA area. The Sterilization Engineer develops and optimizes EO sterilization processes with 7+ years of experience.

responsibilities:
- Perform intermediate-level activities related to development services
- Work on product and process development
- Assist in the fabrication and sterilization of materials
- Manage work orders as per operational needs
- EO sterilization validation (ISO 11135)
- EO residual testing (ISO 10993-7)
- EO sterilization cycle optimization/development (ISO 11135)
- Process challenge device development (ISO 11135)
- Microbiological methods (ISO 11737-1 and -2)
