Our client, an industry leader in entertainment is looking for an experienced Senior Architect Project lead. Key qualifications: Minimum of 13 years of professional experience working in Architecture, Architectural License in the State of California is required, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor's degree of Architecture or Master's of Architecture from an NAAB accredited school is required.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate responses to city plan check comments, RFIs, submittals, and constructability issues with AOR/EOR and project partners.
- Manage internal team feedback and collaborate with AOR/EOR/GC to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee project development from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with Disney quality standards, codes, and regulations.
- Develop project scopes, determine necessary team members, and resolve design issues across disciplines.
- Conduct punch walks, provide feedback, and gather all project documentation for closeout.
- Utilize technical expertise and lessons learned to enhance project execution and design quality.
