A Reliability Engineer for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Mahwah, NJ area. The Reliability Engineer develops and implements asset reliability and maintenance programs, leveraging KPIs, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and root cause analysis to optimize equipment performance and ensure standardized best practices across the manufacturing plant.

responsibilities:
- Improve asset performance by developing strategies to enhance maintenance and reliability using KPIs.
- Work closely with plant leadership, engineering teams, corporate functions, external partners, and contractors to optimize reliability programs.
- Monitor asset performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Align preventive and predictive maintenance strategies with asset criticality to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct and facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for major or recurring failures, implementing improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze CMMS data to enhance reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and improve visibility for site managers.
