We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Laboratory Technician to join our research and development team.
1 year Contract!!
2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Required:
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Lab experience preferred; exposure to an R&D environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer skills is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.

responsibilities:
- Perform moderately complex lab tasks with minimal supervision.
- Gain experience working with multiple operations and technologies.
- Collect and analyze data, demonstrating hands-on skills.
- Utilize collaboration tools to support project activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Plan and execute multiple tasks as directed by a supervisor.
- Maintain lab inventory and equipment as instructed.
- Effectively communicate observations, technical findings, and progress to the supervisor and project team.
- Establish relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and expectations within the organization.
