We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Mine Maintenance Manager for our location near Beckley. Safety focused leader responsible for oversee a team of mechanics and contract employees responsible for maintaining heavy equipment, including Caterpillar machines. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and planning for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of mining equipment.

responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanics and contract workers to ensure timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance of mining equipment.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage schedules for routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to mining operations.
