In this role you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of multiple Class A buildings and the maintenance crew that works for those properties. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a previous maintenance background that has risen through the ranks. This role offers a company car, gas allowance and bonus opportunity.

responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities and staff related to maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
- Develop operating instructions and procedures for equipment and systems
- Prepare operating budgets for the engineering department in relative portfolio
- Manage a capital improvement projects
- 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of multiple Class A commercial buildings and maintenance personnel
- High business acumen
- Extensive electrical and HVAC experience
