responsibilities:
- Follow drawings, schematics, work orders, and instructions to determine sequences and troubleshoot issues.
- Test and verify electrical and mechanical functions of assemblies, replacing parts as needed.
- Assemble components, install tooling, and change parts on machinery.
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and tools; report delays or issues to the supervisor.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and provide training on machine operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve product design and participate in reviews.
- Perform quality control testing and implement design changes/fixes, updating engineering.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and schematics; preferred technical training and experience.
- Build customer relationships to understand needs and goals; basic computer skills required.
