responsibilities:
- Follow drawings, schematics, work orders, specifications, and instructions to determine the proper sequence of operations.
- Test and confirm the proper functioning of electrical and mechanical components in assemblies, sub-assemblies, and machines.
- Replace commercial parts such as electrical panels, photo eyes, motors, drives, motion controllers, and pneumatic components.
- Maintain equipment and tools in a clean, organized, and functional state to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Report any delays, issues, or unusual circumstances to the supervisor.
- Clearly communicate with customers and end users about the status of their equipment and the work needed.
- Read and interpret assembly blueprints and schematics; technical training and industrial experience are preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Attention to detail.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and help achieve their goals.
