A Project Controls Professional Senior is needed for an engineering consulting company in the Philadelphia, PA area. This role involves managing project cost controls, scheduling, and financial reporting for EPCMV Bio/Pharma projects, utilizing Primavera P6, earned value management, and risk analysis while collaborating with engineering, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients.

responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Primavera P6 schedules
- Prepare and maintain the Total Installed Cost Report
- Lead a team of four people
- Conduct cost review meetings on project financial status with the client
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to:
- Determine Estimate at Completion (EAC)
- Assess Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
- Identify potential risks and their financial impact
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience
- 20+ years of experience in Cost Engineering / Project Controls within EPCMV Bio/Pharma projects
- Expertise in Earned Value Management, Change Management, and Risk Management
- Advanced Excel skills
- strong emotional intelligence, teamwork, coachability, and analytical abilities
- Experience with:
- EcoSys and Oracle Unifier
- EPCMV project life cycle (home office & field construction)
- Primavera P6 scheduling
- Preparing and maintaining Total Installed Cost Reports (subcontractor/vendor commitments, expenditures, forecasts)
