A Planning and Scheduling Professional is needed for an engineering consulting company in the Conshohocken, PA area. This role requires a senior-level scheduler with 15+ years of experience in EPCMV projects for the Life Sciences and Bio-Pharma industries, proficiency in Primavera P6, and the ability to lead schedule management and analysis while coordinating with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.

responsibilities:
- Lead discussions on schedule variances with clients, PMs, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate multi-company interactive planning sessions and pull planning sessions.
- Create, update, and analyze CPM (Critical Path Method) schedules.
- Recommend work-arounds and schedule improvement ideas.
- Communicate schedule status regularly through meetings and reports.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Support PMs and Construction Managers (CMs) in using schedules to deliver projects on time.
- Coordinate the earned value system with schedule updates.
- Apply industry standards and best practices in scheduling and project management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse.
- Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
- Familiarity with BIM 4D.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Ability to create schedule analysis presentations graphically, written, and verbally.
- Knowledge of DCMA 14 guidelines.
- Proficiency in Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of Cost Tracking/Forecasting.
