Are you an innovative engineer looking to make an impact in product design and development? We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to support engineering analysis, design, and verification processes. This role offers the chance to work on small to medium projects or contribute to larger, complex projects, applying technical expertise to enhance product performance.
This is a HYBRID position:
Monday & Friday - Work from Home/Remote
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday - On-Site

responsibilities:
- Apply engineering principles to improve existing designs and processes.
- Conduct research, testing, and validation to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop technical documentation with clarity and purpose.
- Utilize design control management systems in the release of components and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance the quality of deliverables.
- Adapt to new technical tools and concepts under direction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in product development or engineering roles.
- solid organization and communication skills.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively.
- Experience in textile material and foam design (not required but beneficial).
- Knowledge of Design Control per 21 CFR Part 820 and product development standards.
