Key qualifications include: Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat Professional or Bluebeam to create and edit PDF files. A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is required.

responsibilities:
- Archive and manage architectural and engineering documentation in online repositories, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Verify and deliver accurate project documentation, including proper numbering, native files, and adherence to deliverable requirements.
- Collaborate with project architects and engineers to gather and clarify turnover package details.
- Perform quality control audits, research documentation, and maintain tracking systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Stay up to date with software revisions, manage manufacturer specifications, and ensure proper archiving of technical files.
