A prominent general contractor in the Nashville area is seeking a Project Manager to focus on Healthcare construction projects. The PM will manage, coordinate, and oversee construction projects including project planning, execution, and closure. The PM plans and directs all construciton activities and administrative processes to deliver high quality on time and within budget! The position is salaried in the $120K+ range, plus bonus!

responsibilities:
- Develop business opportunities.
- Responsible for project start-up, project quality, and compliance.
- Submit and review change orders, while effectively communicating issues and developing resolutions.
- Ensure subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders are reviewed and accurate.
- Participate in the development of schedules and sequencing of work.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience managing projects in the construction industry are required, preferably in the healthcare field.
- Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, purchasing, estimating, accounting and engineering principles.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
