An Electrical Construction Coordinator is needed for a leading manufacturing organization near Lexington, KY. The Electrical Construction Coordinator will oversee electrical building system design, startups, and commissioning activities. This role involves reviewing design documents, coordinating contractor work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting construction administration. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, inspections, and quality assurance for electrical installations in industrial and commercial buildings.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of construction management experience and 5+ years in electrical design, with expertise in electrical system design criteria. Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA safety standards, and Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures is required. Experience in automotive, industrial, or commercial building projects is highly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and scheduling skills are essential.
