Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Quality Systems Supervisor. This position is located near Wetumpka, Alabama. The Quality Systems Supervisor will oversee a team of 12 employees as well as lead all quality management system initatives.
The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $95K and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities:
- Manages work flow by monitoring steps of the process, setting process variables, observing control points, monitoring personnel, and developing reporting procedures and systems
- Implement existing quality assurance standards and make adjustments as necessary to enhance quality standards or adjustments
- Recommend and implement action plans to correct deviations noted during daily work, internal and/or external audits

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
