A Product Development Project Manager is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in product development, Agile methodologies, and Aftermarket operations to manage quality issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee deliverables such as spare parts and service information in the automotive industry.

responsibilities:
- Secure time plan for Aftermarket deliveries, supporting the industrialization process.
- Secure handshake between technology product streams and Vehicle development teams (or Introblock teams) for Aftermarket scope.
- Approve and document Project/Introblock scope including Aftermarket readiness.
- Monitor and follow up that work is performed and documented according to plan and with approved scope.
- Secure that functional testing and validation is performed in accordance with Aftermarket standards (Product Introduction Validation)
- Secure Aftermarket inputs on feasibility solution and identify the cost impact.
- Be responsible for Aftermarket deliverables like: spare parts, service information, special tools, diagnostic capabilities, fault tracing, SWDL capabilities, maintainability cost for product evolutions within Vehicle and Powertrain scope.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
- Experience with Agile / SAFe Framework.
- Experience in vehicles development and vehicles product know-how.
- Experience in Aftermarket business and Auto Industry preferred.
- Minimum BSc Engineering required or equivalent experience.
- Required 8+ years of product development / Project management experience.
