Continuous Improvement Specialist for a direct hire east of Green Bay, WI. Seeking a subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma with a prcess engineering mindset to be a key player of an operational excellence integration.
The right person will possess a solid understanding of Lean tools and Daily Management System/Leader Standard with the exceptional communication skills and leadership to coach supervisors and managers providing the cadence to get things done. This person will initially focus on building the standards and foundations while moving forward with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
This role requires a great communicator with a BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering along with min of five (5) years of proven experience with effective change management.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate with existing teams in building the standards and foundations, moving forward with Lean Six Sigma
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring of LSS principles to effectively lead supervisors and projects
- Drive turnaround plan for Building the Standards and FMEA workstreams
- Building SOPs, improving process and deploy a Connected Workforce Solution
- Lead DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) projects in the support of strategic initiatives
- Possess a process engineering mindset
- Develop and Track Lean KPIs
- Support the assigned sites in building Value Stream Mapping/Capacity Analysis and
qualifications:
- Experience level: Manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience
