A Capital Program Project Manager is needed for a water/ wastewater utility on Cape Cod, MA. This person will oversee complex water and wastewater engineering and construction projects. This role entails managing capital planning, project execution, and compliance while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also lead a team of Capital Project Coordinators and Inspectors to ensure high-quality project delivery.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience in water infrastructure public works or utility project management. A Project Management Certification or a PE license must be obtained within two years of hire.
