I this role you will lead the electrical design and automation upgrades for mechanical/hydraulic power stamping presses.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technologies- or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for hardware and panel design.
- Extensive PLC programming experience (Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Siemens preferred).
- Experience with electrical hardware design, equipment installation, and commissioning.
- Travel can be up to 25%

responsibilities:
- Develop and modify HMI programs using GP-Pro software on Proface hardware.
- Create and modify PLC programs using Studio 5000, RSLinx, IAB, MPE720, PCwin, Memosoft, and Simatic Step 7 on Allen-Bradley, Yaskawa, Toyopuc, and Siemens hardware.
- Develop and modify safety PLC programs using Studio 5000, RSLinx, IAB, and Simatic Step 7 on Allen-Bradley and Siemens hardware.
- Conduct validation and testing of Safety PLC designs.
- Design and modify hardwire and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical and IAB software.
- Supervise engineers, electricians, and millwrights during installation of press upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
- Provide full-line commissioning support, including PLC, electrical, and mechanical integration.
