We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality systems and ensure top-tier product quality throughout product lifecycles. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to improve processes, investigate issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement actions to enhance product quality and resolve product problems.
- Develop acceptance criteria for production processes in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Investigate product issues with service and complaint handling teams, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
- Analyze production quality data to identify trends and initiate CAPA activities.
- Conduct internal audits of production processes and manage responses to quality inquiries from sales efforts.
- Support external audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Experience with lifecycle risk management (e.g., ISO 14971) and quality methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.
- Proficiency with formal quality systems (ISO 13485, ISO 9001), especially in FDA regulated environments.
- solid analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
