The Technical Writer is responsible for creating and managing clear and organized documentation, including procedures, standards, and training materials, by collaborating with subject matter experts and utilizing technical writing methodologies, while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. responsibilities:
- Develop procedures, standards, work instructions, training materials, and project documentation.
- Collaborate directly with subject matter experts, end users, and other staff to gather information.
- Apply technical writing methodologies to draft and clarify information from fragmented raw data.
- Facilitate the review and approval process for documents.
- Manage multiple documents simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Apply document management processes effectively.
- Excellent writing skills for clear and concise documentation.
- strong ability to convey information verbally.
- Proficiency in conducting technical research.
- Ability to organize information systematically.
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with SharePoint and PowerApps is a plus.
