Our client near Nashua, NH is looking to add an Electrical Test Technician to their team for a contract to hire opportunity! We are looking for individuals who have general electrical test experience where you know how to follow test procedures and perform preventative maintenance. We will accept low-high voltage experience as training on specific products will be done on-site. You will be working with a small team in a control lab environment. responsibilities:
- Follow documented Test Procedures to set-up and perform testing of current Transformers and Bushings. Training will be completed on site.
- Collect test data as required.
- Set up test process: Connecting of cables, safety straps, lift sling attachments and operate in a safe manner.
- A vigilant focus on Safety is required.
- Train other Test Associates as required, highlighting the importance of accuracy and safety.
- Perform necessary preventive maintenance of test accessories, such as clip leads and jumper wires as instructed.
- Perform inspections and inventory control work with the local team.
