A Project Coordinator is needed for a manufacturing company considered one of the world's leading innovators in materials science. Remote (ET) work. This role coordinates vendor schedules for Engineering, Furnishing, and Installation (EF&I) programs, ensuring alignment with program milestones, tracking vendor performance, and maintaining communication with internal stakeholders.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the program scheduler to understand the master schedule.
- Identify resource gaps and address them with vendors and stakeholders.
- Develop and communicate schedules for vendor support, adjusting as needed.
- Define reporting requirements for vendors and ensure timely updates.
- Participate in daily construction planning meetings.
- Hold weekly schedule discussions with contractors to track production progress and resource needs.
- Coordinate with Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure vendors receive necessary documentation (prints, permits, purchase orders, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors.
- Track and document vendor performance.
- Assist vendors in using the SiteTracker portal.
- Communicate timelines for vendor deliverables.
- strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Experience in vendor conflict resolution.
- SiteTracker experience is a plus.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
- 3+ years of experience in coordination, scheduling, or vendor-facing roles.
