- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field (preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of related experience and/or training in automation.
- Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment.
- Experience with project management.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
