We are searching for an Assistant Product Developer in Atlanta, GA (Midtown) to work for an industry-leading beverage company. Knowledge of food science and the product development process is ideal. A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering or Food Nutrition is required.
This is a contract position expected to last a year and could be longer.

responsibilities:
- The successful candidate must be able to assist product developers with project tasks to completion. This will include but not limited to product and sample preparation, product sampling support, complete analyses on syrup and finished product samples, coordinate shipping of samples and compete product validation testing with equipment.
- Assist in project lab work for designated categories.
- Prepare product formulations and support documentation as part of the product approval process.
- Conduct product analyses for syrup and finished beverages, including pH, titratable acidity, Brix, and other product attributes.
