A Project Assistant/ Administrative Support Specialist is needed for a leading construction organization in the Dallas, Texas area (Near the Red Oak). The Project Assistant/ Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily departmental functions for the engineering and construction teams including budget management, running reports, assisting with AP/AR, and coordinating weekly engineering schedules and meetings.
Qualified candidates must have 1+ years of project coordination experience/ administrative support specialist experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is slated as a contract to role slated to last 12+ months, with a distinct possibility of converting full-time. Our client is only seeking local talent at this time.

responsibilities:
- Conduct project budget tracking, data entry, Collect and report budget status to plant Cost Management, engineering Accounting and Finance, and department leadership as needed
- Collect and Maintain onsite Paperwork such as COI's, Bonds, Safety Manuals, and other required documents as assigned
- Facilitate administrative processes such as travel arrangements, expense entry, supply ordering, and calendar management
