responsibilities:
- Leading and fostering a culture of quality at their operating location.
- Lead day-to-day quality activities
- Building, coaching and mentoring the quality team
- Tracking and reporting on quality performance, back charges, re-work, etc for all departments.
- Customer interaction, audits and field issue resolution
- 5 years of direct experience in a Quality Management role for an AISC or ISO certified fabrication shop
