A R&D Computer Technician is needed for an American multinational technology company that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services in the Redmond, WA area. An R&D Computer Technician responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting data center hardware, liquid cooling systems, and telemetry setups in a hands-on lab environment.

responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab.
- Perform CPU/GPU performance benchmarking.
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot servers, network switches, and peripherals.
- Build and configure liquid cooling systems (hydraulics, rack setup).
- Set up telemetry and data acquisition systems.
- Install and configure new systems, operating systems, and software.
- Conduct functional test plans and data collection.
- Work with temperature, pressure, and flow sensors.
- strong technical and computer skills (CPU/GPU performance, IT components).
- Experience with control systems, networking, and automation preferred.
- Familiarity with product development processes.
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and manage time effectively.
